What is worth watching on Cable?

If it wasn't for this thread, I wouldn't have checked out "No Reservations." Really enjoying it.

The only thing else I watch is "Miss Rap Supreme," but I like rapping and people saying crazy things.

One of the trainwrecks I have observed on cable is: Pants Off Dance Off.

Kinda like watching a guy writhe in pain from a severe eye wound.
