I usually haven't gotten that much out of products like this. I tried this stuff and I'm hooked. It does a lot to rejuvenate my tired brain. I haven't been training hard enough to need it for physical recovery but my brain still gets fried and this blend is great for making me feel like I'm not running on empty.
