Mickey, much better training with BBs than Kbs for ME and DE strength....since i can add more weight/chains /bands/ etc. More bang for my buck. Much more. Same goes for BBing building purposes too. So the weed oil vape pens are no go as well? I have one that I use on occasion because I thought it was better for you. Guess it's back to the bowl? Again, it is only once every couple of weeks, although I was thinking of starting to toke a bit before bed each night to help with sleep.

I did something on 8.15.19 but can't remember and don't have my notebook with me. Anyway...

8.18.19

1. Rode Briar Chapel trails x 1 hour 43 minutes @ 11 miles. Humid as hell. I was drenched through my underwear and socks. Just dripping.
