I don't see much difference in the before and after shots for bboi. Any male I know who has taken AAS has undergone serious structural changes. Maybe he was just on a very low dose?

In person it looks like 25-30lbs and not in a good way. I saw him at the end of the summer and he looked like he was ill. He was doing GOMAD and SS a few years back and you could see he was juiced...he put on some solid musle and almost no fat eating steak and drinking milk. He was decent strength for a guy that size, but using while young can fuck you up. His performance has fallen to joke level. He was around the games in the begining and didn't make it out of VA last year. hard to imagine Barkey staying around much longer. He was a big CFHQ west coast guy when they met and she was a traveling side show with CF. Now they are in VaBeach living like junkies from the pics and running an affiliate. Pretty big drop for a girl like that. Now that Couch has talked about 8 figure deals for games athletes who knows

You know what will be really funny?

When Reebok changes the women's Gaymes events so that a pretty girl can win it.

The idea that Reebok will endlessly funnel money into @F (from the linked video above, really, build a pool for the Gaymes and then undo it?) and not want to exert some amount of control is delusional. Once @F gets used to suckling at the teat, Reebok will threaten to pull out if they don't get major control. That's how this works, yes? Reebok will either find a way to recoup their investment (um, @Fers don't buy Reeboks, we know this) or they will leave @F a broken mess like they have so many other fitness trends.

EDIT: I saw that Reebok is actually now owned by Adidas AG (?). There's more of a chance of @Fers buying Adidas than there ever was with Reebok.

Couch is dellusional if he thinks that Reebok is going to cough up millions and not exert control. @Fit thinks they are immune to the ralities of the industry. Johnny G invented Spinning and formed huge partnerships...he was forced out of his own company

What's the background on this BMac&Cheese dude? Does he have any real athletic accomplishments before this CFE bullshit? High school/college track? Is he a former military guy? I'm cool with cocky fuckers if there's a foundation of something to establish the 'tude in the first place. If not and it's all bullshit then why hasn't someone scooped this guy up and pile-driven his head in the concrete? That usually cures the attitude issues.

His accomplishment is that HE IZ UNSKEERD obviously.

High school - barely.
College - I don't think he even got in.
Military - LOLZ.

His best is a handful of races he's finished between the middle to the back of the pack (no actual winning of races or placing in the top 10) and having zero humility about it.

I think no one has beaten the tattoos off of him because he hangs out with actual people who can play as his muscle (re: Blauer, Chontosh).

He is boys with Blauer and Welbourn. Blauer is a legit badass and Welbourn is huge. Either way I have a hard time believing that those two can really tolerate him.

I don't get it. I really fucking don't.

Let's see....

Last I checked you need some serious waivers to get into the military with all those tats. So, no.

I come from a power sports background where I excelled as a youth and teenager in short- course swimming and water polo. In my early twenties, I was into powerlifting, but I wrecked my back with a poorly done deadlift set, which didn't allow me to do anything for several months after

Since when are swimming and water polo considered "power sports" ?

Blauer hangs with B-Boi, too. He has a very high tolerance for douchebaggerry. Makes me wonder about him.

Blauer must be getting regular use of Barky. Why else would anyone hang with B-boi...?

I don't know Blauer, but by the same token I don't know anyone who dislikes him. Welbourn is a good dude.

There's a certain amount of douchebag tolerating that's necessary when they're your paying customers.

I imagine that douchbaggery isn't an issue. Think about real life, and all the douchbags you hang out with on a regular basis.

I have met and worked with B-mac a few times and he is an amazing douce. I can't remember when the last time I met anyone who was that big of an asshole that had no reume. The folks around him are under the impression that he was/is a great runner, and he also carries the air of someone who was in/around seals/special forces. He cultivates this image without lying. He is in fact a pretty good running coach. Lipson, Orlando, Khalipa, Welbourne,Blaur and even B-boi have all worked with him on running. His mechanics are really good, his methodolgy sucks. He is someone who I wish bad things on and I feel a huge desire to punch him in the face. B-boi has same effect

Almost everyone I've met in person after meeting them on the internet turns out to be just people.

I haven't met a true douchbag in some time. I guess I'm kind of isolated, though, because this place is full of Michi-douches.

Shame about that deadlift set.

Hardcore, brother. Hardcore.

I think the funniest part of this whole saga is that he can't even outrun this deliciously psychotic piece of ass:
