Hey, I like my Abmat. It's good for my broke-ass back.

Fucking @fitters have given some decent gear and ideas a bad name.

Yes. Hell, I mentioned bringing a prowler to use in the back parking lot with clients and the trainer I was talking to mentioned something about that being part of @fit. I thought I was going to lose it.

If you breath hard doing anything besides jogging, you appear to be doing @fit to anyone who knows what @fit is.
This is the genius of couch.

Yeah, a lot of people talk about goal-oriented stuff, but "Keep the goal the goal" is a pretty Dan-John-esque phrasing.

Next thing you know, they'll be talking about "never letting go".

I wasn't kidding, I've been beyond bored with all this nonsense for longer than I admitted to myself.

A lot of my activity on this thread has been like a reflex or a bad habit, like nail biting.

I don't need to bite my nails. And I don't need to keep hectoring @fit HQ. Neither does any good anyway.

Besides, I haven't said anything new or innovative in at least 500 pages. I've been like a broken fucking record.

I've got things I need to accomplish, and I'm not going to get to the next level by hanging on to same level behaviors.

I've wanted to find an exit for weeks, and the events of the past week have been a godsend. A whole room full of wrestling scriptwriters couldn't have crafted a better twist.

So, I'm moving on, and leaving at the top of my game.

I'm done being a dick about Crossfit. It would be pleasant if HQ does the same about me, but I have no control over that.

I reserve the right to post a smiley face, variation of LOL, or similar "O mai" if someone posts a video that is exceptionally, breathtakingly and equally stupid and hilarious, but I warn you, I'm pretty jaded and the bar for stupid videos has been set pretty high.

The rest of my manifesto/retirement notice is here:

Now if you'll excuse me I have work to do.

WGM,

It really renewed my hate that they were dumb enough to fuck with you using sock puppet sites.

That and the whole Reeebok is gaying up the x-fit faggacity is pure joy.

I understand where you are coming from, went the same way a couple of years back.

Though, at my age, I still threat this place as a hobby.

And Glasshole never fails to provide new stupidity.

I hope that chick on the bottom left is doing something I never heard of. But if she is in fact doing a pullup that would explain the 2 football feilds worth of kinesio tape on her body.

When you need kinesiotape to do calisthenics something is amiss.

Nobody cares Ape Boy. This thread should be closed. It could well be though, without it Irongarm would die. There again as it is becoming more like Getbig every day, it might just limp on.

I suppose when you get a "cease and desist" letter off @ssfit, you can ignore it; when you get one off the Reebok corporation, it's a different matter.

At least IGx is still here, fighting the good fight.....

Kinesiotape is the new chalk.
