When crap shit takes over a cert, they add a bunch of work outs and bring their shaved douche trainers and charge twice as much. I love my C2 but just get on and fucking pull hard. You get stronger and fitter and can go faster. The running cert is worse. For $600 you will learn a method that Pose teaches for $300 and call your self an endurance specialist. The farthest cross shit ever goes in 6 fucking miles. That is not endurance! Brian McKenzie leads it and has never won jack shit. $600 for a cert that teaches you to master the easiest machine in the fucking gym, and another $600 to learn how to run from a guy that DNFs more that he wins! Where is buddy lee's jump rope certification these days? The next one is "Cross fit Football"
go introduce yourself in the free speech forum you miserable cuntbird.

Bitch bought a new pair of running shoes that probably cost at least $70-80 yet she can't pay her own rent. What a joke.

Please reference Sofaking's post regarding this topic.

Also, how much do you think her tats and piercings have cost here? Several month's rent maybe?

Wow, this thread is full of hate. I like it. It's punch line after punch line aimed at one of the fitness industry's most hateable people, and what makes it funny is that it's all true. Keep it up.

Unfortunately, this post has probably put me on the CrossFit Moderator's watch list.

FYI - post number one should be an intro in the free speach forum. Not too late to make good with post number 2.

If you were really concerned about that, you wouldn't have logged in here using the same name as you use over at @fit.

I'm not "concerned" at all - I simply think it's unfortunate that the CrossFit mods probably feel the need to police the entire internet for potential haters. I very strongly believe that whatever people have to say should be said openly. It's a far greater insult to someone to hold back your words or hide your identity because you think his character couldn't handle it than it is to speak openly to him.

Allow me to openly say that I think you are a very strong man and I look forward to hearing you tell us what you believe.

Ten warning signs of a potentially unsafe group/leader.
Absolute authoritarianism without meaningful accountability.

No tolerance for questions or critical inquiry.

No meaningful financial disclosure regarding budget, expenses such as an independently audited financial statement.

Unreasonable fear about the outside world, such as impending catastrophe, evil conspiracies and persecutions.

There is no legitimate reason to leave, former followers are always wrong in leaving, negative or even evil.

Former members often relate the same stories of abuse and reflect a similar pattern of grievances.

There are records, books, news articles, or television programs that document the abuses of the group/leader.

Followers feel they can never be "good enough".

The group/leader is always right.

The group/leader is the exclusive means of knowing "truth" or receiving validation, no other process of discovery is really acceptable or credible.

Ten warning signs regarding people involved in/with a potentially unsafe group/leader.
Extreme obsessiveness regarding the group/leader resulting in the exclusion of almost every practical consideration.

Individual identity, the group, the leader and/or God as distinct and separate categories of existence become increasingly blurred. Instead, in the follower's mind these identities become substantially and increasingly fused--as that person's involvement with the group/leader continues and deepens.

Whenever the group/leader is criticized or questioned it is characterized as "persecution".

Uncharacteristically stilted and seemingly programmed conversation and mannerisms, cloning of the group/leader in personal behavior.

Dependency upon the group/leader for problem solving, solutions, and definitions without meaningful reflective thought. A seeming inability to think independently or analyze situations without group/leader involvement.

Hyperactivity centered on the group/leader agenda, which seems to supercede any personal goals or individual interests.

A dramatic loss of spontaneity and sense of humor.

Increasing isolation from family and old friends unless they demonstrate an interest in the group/leader.

Anything the group/leader does can be justified no matter how harsh or harmful.

Former followers are at best-considered negative or worse evil and under bad influences. They can not be trusted and personal contact is avoided.

Funny, now my IP address is banned.

First-grade forum moderation over there. They obviously haven't heard about surfing the web anonymously and bypassing silly little filters like that.

"Major Ethical and Integrity Violations" is under my name. I find that hilarious. It has only made me more famous!

Here is a hint Joshua Murphy, Lynne Pitts, Lizbeth Darsh, et. al...

Fucking remove my account please so I don't get emailed by all the people who think you are idiots via the board's email message system!

This is first-class, passive-aggressive bitchmanship at it's best! Wouldn't it be easier if they just all stood up, pointed, and sneered, "We HATE you!!"
"Know that! & Know it deep you fucking loser!"
