Seriously. Fat chicks suck cock, as if it were the last cupcake on earth. You should avail yourself of one. (a fat chick, not a cupcake).

POD, you can even feel safe getting (or giving) head, because it isn't "real" sex, so you can remain an Irish Virgin.

POD, has your involvment with IGX come up in confession? It's got to be way worse than your constant self pleasuring. You are not going to convert anyone here, so no good can come of this. Bye.

No one has enough time in his schedule for the Hail Mary's he'd need to wash this place away. My guess is, he's either skipping confession these days or just not mentioning IGX.

Gentlemen, I urge you to consciously consider your actions here relative to POD. After careful analysis I have come to the conclusion that POD might possibly be a savvy operative working on behalf of the X-Fit nation. He may very well be taking direction directly from the leader of that organization. Can you not see that a post from POD upsets and misdirects the flow of conversation as everyone refocuses their attention towards POD? It may be in our best interests to ignore this POD entity in an effort to engage more fully in the spirit and intent of this most august of threads. Of course POD might actually be a cunt so my conclusion would still be the same either way.

The thing I hate about Crossfit is A) Glassman and B) the ridiculous amounts of money it takes to be part of the 'crossfit culture'. Everything I've read is that Crossfit gyms are retarded expensive and C) they elitist attitude they give off as a whole. It irks me.

Doesn't Crossfit charge for a KB certification? If so, toss that at the top of the list, too. Oh, and they wouldn't let Chase participate/destroy them in their 'Big 3' competition.
This guy is fucking spot on here!

Wait...maybe Welbourn himself hasn't even been around long enough to know @F's history with the great Danny John, as this @FFB entry points people towards his recent T-Nation article...

We all know DJ writes great articles, and I find it funny that they are referencing him...

Good old @F...one day they're pointing towards DJ, the previous day they were posting pics of this:

Damn. Even as a 16-year-old I knew to eat at least 3 hours before a workout to avoid this crap.

Many of you have also found that after you spent some time CrossFitting you were able to return to “cardio” activities with limited challenge. Running half marathons with runs no longer than 2 miles, climbing mountains, completing triathlons and in one awesome case, giving birth while driving with little or no specific preparation. These and many other examples are contributions to the evidenced based fitness program to which we adhere.
Why than on 5K and 10K days you see this:

The fastest times I saw posted was 22.19 and many many over 30. If elite times are 13-14 minutes, and decent "mom" times are 22 min. what is couch talking about? Look at the games. 57 minutes for 7K?

They were never cardio-ers in the first place. Now they're joggers.

It is quite fitting that a CF site references that article -- Dan obviously knows his target audience.

Another sad thing is the amount of "abuse" those 10# bumpers take with @Fers dropping them on the ground to save time.

What is all the dropping about? I saw guys dropping KB from dead over head over and over. I would beat ass if someone treated my shit like that. Is it "hard core"? You can not gain much time dropping everything from OH...can you?

It's more functional that way, cuz whenever I move furniture or carry a TV or bring in the groceries, I always just drop that shit. Fuck setting shit down. That's for the globo-gym crowd.

Nothing drives me more batshit crazy than a crossfitter dropping a deadlift. You don't have to set it down gently just keep you hands on the damn bar.

I think I may have come up with an analogy that will help the kool-aid drinkers understand how olympic lifters feel about them bastardising their lifts. You know how crossfit make fun of people who do quarter squats and curls in the power rack. Well that's how olympic lifters see crossfit.
Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing. - Helen Keller

A very ironic thing about @fitters is that they hate bodybuilders so much for being vain and "unfunctional", but the training most of them do is unfunctional for their otherwise sedentary lifestyles as well, thus making their efforts VAIN. When the fuck are they going to need to do something like a muscle-up or overhead squat?

I still don't understand how those assholes think bodybuilders are weak. It is just retarted.
