they don't bench so they have an @FTotal which is OH press, squat, and dead. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Jeffrey Leonard competes in the CA Firefighters Games, etc. He won the NorCal Qualifiers. He's a pretty strong dude @ 6'3" 235 and I think his total is 1100+

I'm sorry, but I have to comment on this.

For those of us that have moved serious weight, WE KNOW you can tell the difference between a good bar and a piece of shit bar. My guess is this 152lb titan has never been able to use the whip of 150 kilos on his shoulders as he's getting ready to jerk it. Nor has he deadlifted a weight wherein the first twelve 45 plates have left the floor, but the 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th are still touching.

I find it amazing after two months of none purposeful training he's a titan of bar assessibility.

If I had to guess, I'd say this ASSTRO bar will have the same crisp properties that a Werksan or Eeliko sport with 150kg+ - but it won't be built to handle more than 95 pounds. It will epically bend once there's more than 185 on it.
The cool thing about training is that becoming more sexy is just a side effect........

So that's pretty much no, then
Well they have ex-PLers like Lance Mosley and Rob Orlando. I think Mosley said he had a 705lb deadlift, which went down to 600 since he started @F. From the 09 games I count 15 competitors with a greater than 500lb deadlift, including the winner. I assume @F takes credit for these guys' "elite" numbers.

There are more than 15 guys in my hometown with greater than 500lb bench presses. And they're not going around calling themselves "elite" athletes and taking their shirts off and shit.
axly, i think there's probably a number of their guys that can do easily hit a 1200 CF total, (450 squat, 550 Dead, 200 press) Rob Orlando is probably quite a bit more than 1200 Cf total.

Orlando's squat and dead should exceed 1200. He also claims an OH axle press of 365lb.

Well hold on there..many west coast bars have self service Bombay Gin Dispensers that take plastic and cash.

You need to at least recognize that this is another nodal domain where there are broads.

So couch has caused bar technology to expand!

I don't think this is what couch meant when he said "bar crawl".

Browsing the PMenu for some reason, and came across this funny quote from Gant:
One can be fit to run the 400m dash just as one can be fit to pound Safeway gin and fly a spaceship with Xenu. It's a semantical argument designed to distract people from the fact that competitive exercise isn't a sport.
but didn't take long for some faggot to come along and fag it up though:
I wish this quote were flowers that I could put in a vase.

You should admire this affiliate for offering to work with people who have "special needs."

Ha! you're likely right on the squat and dead. the overhead is on youtube somewhere, it's push jerked and sick, he might have similar weight from the floor using an axle and continental clean as well.

Not many, but definitely a few. Press numbers lag badly among that group.

A couple of years ago, Travis Ortmayer dabbled with @F to add a little GPP. He did a Total, and it was just stupid.

Of course what Lynn(_) fails to mention is instead of deleting accounts of people that have "mean" things to say about @fit, they put you on probation. On probation all of your posts are moderated. Anything you say that doesn't smell of gin and roses gets "lost" and eventually you'll stop posting out of frustration.

This allows @fit to keep your account open and to the other sheeple it appears that you just stopped posting for one reason or another. @fit then can disavow any knowledge of your actions and everyone (on the outside) looks like one big happy family.
