God I hate the incorrect use of the word methodology. All day at work I hear this shit from people who should know better.

Crossfit's methodology is stupid and naive. Their methods are clumsy and inefficient.

Fuck, Crossfit is so fucked every pejorative applies to both their methodology and methods, so I guess you can use them interchangeably.

All along I thought @ssfit employed the science or study of methods, or rather, a methodology.

You know, taking long proven concepts and experimenting with them to see what happens to the client.
