Nah, he's wearing a girdle. The "tapering" looks too unnatural. He's got a "pec" bump, then a bump underneath that which is the skin/fat that's getting pushed up by the undergarment.

A lot of alcoholics begin to waste away when they're near the end. It won't be long until the multiple organ failure kicks in and those white-board lectures go from being mildly amusing to looking like something that belongs in the drain channel of a slaughter-house floor. There'll be more piss and shit spewing from his orifices than you'd find on the average rhabdo ward after a local gaymes qualifier.Couch looking pretty lean. Muscle confusion?

Two Firefighters in one week. Apparently the shine is coming off the first responders @fit apple.
Didn't mean that some one died. Just came to IGx.

Their big claim to fame is you can cut volume and produce results. nIf a real IM athletes cuts volume he fets the same results as they do, he dosen't do well. 5 hour marathons are what they do on the biggest loser, not shit you brag about. Now B-macs tells the triathletes that if you only do 12 workoust a week you will be fine? How is that better? I would rather bike 25 miles than do the filthy fifty. I nver thought the "science" could get worse, but B-mac is ousging it. Dirt Diva had this as a status update on her Facebook account:
Why are so many ultrarunners putting on all these training camps and charging lots of money to run in the wilderness. I am very experianced people, and if you want someone who has run fastpacked all or parts of PCT, JMT(many times) TRT(4)times. I won't charge you $1200-$2000 bucks. I would only take donations to teach people about places I love and what I do ;-)

BChoke's talking head does the fine art of backpedaling and screaming "BUT @F is FREE!!!" once his ammunition of "ya'll don't understandz our program so ya suck balls" is taken away:CultBuster wrote:Their big claim to fame is you can cut volume and produce results. nIf a real IM athletes cuts volume he fets the same results as they do, he dosen't do well. 5 hour marathons are what they do on the biggest loser, not shit you brag about. This is probably the best nugget in the babel shit:
Nice way of saying that he acts like a fucking douchebag who can't put up nor will ever shut up. He's Glasshole without the gin-bloat and stupid knuckle tattoos.Additionally, CFE's founder, Brian MacKenzie is very aggressive with his passion for this protocol and has verbalized this point of view which has rubbed many people the wrong way.
Totally un-skeered.

Everybody who's asked why she's not in charge of CFE, this is why: She actually cares about training and racing. They idea of making it rain with cert dollars is an alien concept to her.Steggy wrote:Dirt Diva had this as a status update on her Facebook account:

You can't hate someone that walks the walk as hard as she does.
Bitch be crazy!

"Know that! & Know it deep you fucking loser!"

Re: The couch thread
That and she actually runs long distances (ie, doesn't do CF or CFE by any stretch of the imagination), right?WildGorillaMan wrote:Everybody who's asked why she's not in charge of CFE, this is why: She actually cares about training and racing.
