They need to change their hosting and domain registration. Godaddy is a joke from what I am told on this front. You can use Olympic and Oly if you know how and where to go.

Or they could change domains, and redirect the old oly athlete to the new one.

Of course, shutting down your operation is an option too. A stupid one, but it's an option.

2. There is no REAL issue, as in no one was injured. Josh has a ton of experience with OH squats and determined that he could squat that weight with his baby. He was right.

3. Several members of the community are upset by the photo, and the record shows that. It is an educational experience for all if they choose to make it so.

It wouldn't surprise me. I have an acquaintance I did some work for who got a C&D from Tracy Anderson because it was in the title of one of her blog posts, or so I was told. The context it was used in or something.

If they wanted out due to Kool-Aid burnout, why not spin off like Whole 9 or whatever that crazy bitch did? There's still plenty of cash for a ex-@F establishment. Once you get the hook in 'em, you just change the flavor and a junkie is still a junkie.

Has anyone brought up the fact that the whole intent of the baby photo wasn't narcissism, but to get paid? How much is Reebok paying people who get pics with their logo up on the main page? I guess I could be wrong, maybe the giant Reebok banner in the background is just a coincidence.

They weren't making any money off the site, at least not enough to pay a lawyer around $750 to write two or three letters back to them. This suit wouldn't go anywhere since "Oly" and "Olympic weightlifting" refer, in the public's eyes, to a sport or style of lifting. USOC just got pissed because Vaughn was involved, I suppose.
