There's dozens of tumblrs, pinterests (or whatever they're called) and blogs that post pics of Crossfit Chicks. It's a market with a highly elastic demand curve. Competition is good for business. so huzzah I say.

I saw this on prime time TV last night. The word @F is seen for barely a second, two times. The first time the full word isn't shown (pushed off to the side), the second time turned 90 degrees and quickly stomped on by some R@@boks.

I doubt there's a single thing they have that's patentable. As for trademarked, I'd imagine the name, logo, and probably the names of some their vanguard WODs.

It's a pretty slim portfolio of intellectual property that they've managed to make so much money from. They've done well, in all honesty.....

Looks like they're trying to push the Zigtechs and realflex to the mass market. Haven't seen any commercials with the specially designed @fit nano shoes.
