WGM, they trying to compete with Team WGM? What the fuck?

Am I way behind the times?
Scrolling through that I saw some housewife cunt wearing lululemon doing a fucking yoke walk. Fucks sakes, I guess this douchebag organization just wants to ruin strength sports and anything awesome about physical training.

I did a quick 100' yoke run with 606 on Saturday wearing Lululemon shorts., admittedly this is a light yoke but still, I felt no shame and my ass looked spectacular.

Housewives carrying empty yokes is like driving a racecar 25 miles an hour and then high-fiving your buddies and calling yourself a race-car driver.

Of course it is. But if that Les Paul playing yuppie douche has nice cans and wants to offer them up for public consumption, so be it.

The hard part is deciding whether you're hating something to likable or liking something to hate-able. Me? I get distracted by tits before I even cross that bridge.

Yesterday, @fit introduced a new sponsor for gaymes wod 12.3, on the first day of 12.4. Maybe they should have introduced them during the wod they sponsored.

http://www.altrient.com/ is a supplement company. Here is the "The Science" that supports their products.
The How and Why of High-Performance
We understand that you might want to know more about how Altrient™ products work and why they should be chosen over those of our "competitors." Fair enough. We are asking you to invest in high-performance nutritional supplements. And like high-performance automobiles, they cost more than the basic economy models you can buy on almost every other street corner. The value is in the superior performance and customer experience they deliver.

The science behind Altrient's formulations and manufacturing is complex. So is the engineering under the hood of a Ferrari. Both require some in-depth explanation about how they actually work. Fortunately, Altrient™ products have far fewer moving parts, but once you put them all together we believe you'll recognize high performance and high quality when you see it.

If you need additional information, please contact an Altrient™ Customer Service Representative at 1-888-437-6353, [email protected] or via our Live Chat link on the menu to the left.

Why Altrient™?
Believe it or not, the question of why you should choose Altrient™ products over cheaper, less sophisticated alternatives is a lot tougher to answer. Of course, we believe the reasons why are obvious and convincing. We also believe in science fact rather than science fiction ... in honesty instead of hype.

It's easy to compare a Ferrari to a Civic and claim one is faster, more powerful and sexier than the other. It's easy to claim one will make you feel better, younger and stronger or will deliver the ultimate driving experience. And there is undoubtedly a mountain of technical evidence and consumer insights to back up those claims. If you want high performance, this information makes your choice pretty simple.

But regardless of what we believe about Altrient™ products, we cannot make any such claims. There are strict Federal regulations about what nutritional supplement makers can and cannot say about their products. We cannot state any of the benefits Altrient™ products provide. We cannot cite the enormous body of credible scientific research behind them. We cannot share the positive comments and recommendations from our customers with you.

We can say this.

Every Altrient™ product carries a 100% Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee.

If, for any reason, you believe any Altrient™ product has not met your expectations or has not provided complete satisfaction and excellent value, return the unused portion (or the empty carton) and we will promptly refund every penny of the product's purchase price.

We believe Altrient™ products are the finest nutritional supplements of their kind on the market. Period. We believe it. We guarantee it.

Try Altrient™ today. All that really matters is what you believe
So basically, there is no science to back their product. They believe that a moneyback guarantee is all the "science" they need.

Don't crossfitters like simple, natural food? If your manufacturing process is "complex," your food is far from simple and natural.

This fits with @F's bullshit science, as well as the "science" that R@@bok used in their "toning" shoes (and got sued for) all too well.

There is nothing that I know of at this point prohibiting companies from posting links to studies (or cutting and pasting abstracts from places like PubMed) that demonstrate research-backed effects of ingredients contained in their products. Making claims is a whole other matter entirely.

They are exactly the same as @F in that they are using the same ingredients as other companies, just combining them in different ways, charging a crapload for it, and obfuscating the facts/science to make sure suckers buy it.

It's as complex as this. They picked their ingredients. They hired a supplement contract manufacturing company to source, combine, and package their product. They started selling it.

There is no complex science nor manufacturing involved anywhere.

Tommy: Let's think about this for a sec, Ted. Why would somebody put a guarantee on a box? Hmmm, very interesting.

Ted: Go on, I'm listening.

Tommy: Here's the way I see it, Ted. Guy puts a fancy guarantee on a box 'cause he wants you to feel all warm and toasty inside.

Ted: Yeah, makes a man feel good.

Tommy: 'Course it does. Why shouldn't it? Ya figure you put that little box under your pillow at night, the Guarantee Fairy might come by and leave a quarter, am I right, Ted?

Ted: What's your point?

Tommy: The point is, how do you know the fairy isn't a crazy glue sniffer? "Building model airplanes" says the little fairy; well, we're not buying it. He sneaks into your house once, that's all it takes. The next thing you know, there's money missing off the dresser, and your daughter's knocked up. I seen it a hundred times.

Ted: But why do they put a guarantee on the box?

Tommy: Because they know all they sold ya was a guaranteed piece of shit. That's all it is, isn't it? Hey, if you want me to take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed, I will. I got spare time. But for now, for your customer's sake, for your daughter's sake, ya might wanna think about buying a quality product from me.

Did someone hack into her facebook account and post that? If I was her there would be no way I would advertise that my workout system is going to injure my clients.

LMFAO. A REAL @Fer would say fuck the chiro, that dude understands NOTHING about eleeeet fitness and the sacrifices it takes to be in the R@@bok Games. Or it's just a case of "do as I say, not as I do" for the uber-hardcore writer Lis.
