I had no idea the Reebok Gaymes Regionals started today. Also saw that you can troll them on espn3 as well.

That's 200kg. List of embarrassing things:

1) Two people
2) Mixed grip
3) strain on their faces
4) they paid to do that

I had saw they are doing a 2 man deadlift at the Night of the Living Deadlift meet, would be out of this world to see Benni and Andy Bolton team up for that. If memory serves me right Andy had done the meet last year and Benni planned on it but got hurt prior to it. They would probably have to invent a new bar for that.

15 minutes of instruction, 45 minutes of grinding through a max effort single.
I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

i think they wanted to do a max rep deadlift challenge at 455 but then someone told couch that 455 was too heavy so he suggested they partner up for it.

They're also doing 20 reps with it. It may intuit well that if two of you can pull a 455 pound deadlift 20 times coming to the lift at a heart rate of 180 beats per minute, then 1000 pounds for a single at a resting heart rate is perhaps manageable.

I found out this weekend that Highland Game athletes aren't big fans of @fit either. The women are much more vocal and brutal than the men.

CrossFit Games - South East Regional: The Sport of Fitness. That's CrossFit.
This is interesting, this is a @Fit Gaymes post. @fit is claiming that "the Sport of Fitness" is @fit when in fact they are actually violating a reebok trademark by making that claim.

Don't worry. Their crack legal team found a precedent in a Wikipedia entry that said it was ok.
