Seriously? Douche.
That's not even original. His acolytes told a story about how Charles Atlas' willpower and motivation was so great that the one time he ate a cookie-one time- he made himself throw up.

That's not willpower, that's an eating disorder.
He should have seen what I ate at Chipotle after deadlifting tonight. It made the chubby cops at the table next to me gawk.

And I feel good about it.

I learned today that I am dispensable. And I am sad. For those of you Affiliates that have known me for years, you can always reach me at [email protected]. I am always here to lend a helping hand. That has always been my passion. That has always been at the forefront of my heart and soul.

Doesn't anybody from the "athletes"(LOL) to the judges to the organizers have the simple common sense and balls to say,"This is fucking stupid, we shouldn't be doing this."?

I guess the picture answer that question. And look how serious the the asshole judges are! What a bunch of fucking sheeple. #-o

LOL at BMAC.

Print error: book DNF :: Equipment malfunction : race DNF

And Lugo...damn. Couch's woman was sacked for getting in a fight with Couch's sister. But LL still loves Couch. Once again, @F has stepped in it. Never oust an inner circle employee during litigation, especially if she's fucking the boss.

Full text of the Crossfit offer to Lauren.

Paid for by other investment companies, but getting money from them is not selling out because they're not Anthos. Anthos bad. Other companies good!

Notable:
5. NON-DISCLOSURE/NON-DENIGRATION/NON-COMPETE.

a. Seller hereby agrees to keep confidential and not to disclose any and all communications, papers, data, finances, or other information to which she has had access regarding CrossFit, Inc., its policies, procedures, contracts, obligations, personnel, plans, or history or any related information from its officers or personnel. For clarity, seller agrees not to disclose anything not already publicly available that she knows about CrossFit, Inc., or its officers and personnel regarding the company's operations.

b. Purchase and Seller hereby agree not to publicly disparage the other or CrossFit, Inc., its programs, policies, procedures, investors, events, charitable endeavors, any CrossFit employee, officer, contractor, or other personnel, including on Facebook, Twitter, or on any other social media platform, blog, website, or other publicly accessible medium.

c. Seller hereby agrees not to start any new fitness company, to register any trademark in Class 41, enter into any partnership with a competitor of CrossFit, Inc., or to otherwise attempt to compete with CrossFit, Inc., in any of its current endeavors for two years from the date of signing of this agreement, provided, however, that Seller may continue to operate Seller's CrossFit Affiliate.
