Ukraine sure they are Russians and they do not need and do not want any evidence.
Their news said there already was arested 22 GRU RF oficers, but none of them was shown to public :)
I heard there was some international commission wich did not find evidence :)
The only evidence would be if Putin admit it (like he did with Crimea) or Ukrainians really arest someone from them and make him speak.
