Okay tribal power button is kind of cool. I've done the band around the knees for back squats.

They call themselves the "underground supplier of clothing to the @F community". It's not a tribal power button, it's intended to be a stopwatch. The sperm power button probably covers it better though.

TMZ rips on "the cult of Crossfit" and Kim Kardashian at the same time. Wow.

I watched for about 45 seconds - I was glad to see some real gymnastics at 40, but after that, it was just crap.

The guy was definitely trying for it, but my money is on him never hitting parallel, hence the early cutaway. Probably required too much specialization to hit the full lever.tzg wrote:I watched for about 45 seconds - I was glad to see some real gymnastics at 40, but after that, it was just crap.

It's brilliant. If the yoga thing is a self parody, it's genius. If it's not, the ironicals are even more delightful. And, the production values are great and the actors are every bit as good as the average sitcom.

Re: The couch thread
In other news, Saran admits to emailing with Pukie ([email protected], if you recall) and this is will possibly be the closest thing to a public admission that Berger was one of the staffers running the Pukie troll...
I wonder how Reebok would respond if they knew that HQ staff(ers) had been publicly dissing them while at the same time taking their money? Of course, these days HQ staffers would never be running Facebook pages that claim to be "NOT AFFILIATED WITH HQ" would they?

TMZ lol.
Crossfit changed and took most of my friends away... I didn't drink the purple cool-aid and survived.
Now they act like muscular Jehovah Witnesses that need to recruit new members everyday.
Crossfit took my friends souls away and gave back narcissistic douchebags!!!!
