Um, not quite.

It's an Ab Wheel or "Evil Wheel," only with an offset axle. I found it for $10 and thought I'd give it a go.
In theory it's not bad; the offset axle forces you to maintain more tension, as the resistance varies widely during the course of the rollout. During part of the revolution you are attempting to "roll it uphill."

In practice it doesn't work. Kneeling rollouts are still too easy, but when I move to standing, in the "difficult part" of the rollout the force required to get it to move exceeds the grip of my feet on the floor. I'd have to nail my feet down to use it. Bah, I am returning it and spending the $10 on a lapdance.

I'm kinda sold on the whole lapdance idea now...

but I'll try out the wall.
