Excellent stuff. I bought a bottle of this from a store called 'Earth Pantry', originally to use on my right elbow area. Anyway, I've been using it after bending or using my leverbar on my forearms since they are especially are torn up by these activities. It seems to promote blood flow and feels awesome.

It bears repeating that while it may not be more effective, home brewed jow is 'funner'.
