Fascinating book, compiles workouts from a lot of great fighters like Ricky Hatton and Roy Jones Jr.--ideal for IG types.

I bought that book about a year ago. Pretty interesting to see some of the variety in their training and how much some of them do the same things.

I would take the diet stuff with a grain of salt. Most of their diets sounded like they were trying to tell the author what he wanted to hear.

Arms are the only true badge of liberty. The possession of arms is the distinction of the free man from the slave.

I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery.
