I can't recommend these two products highly enough to anyone who needs to prevent blisters and maintain foot health. In my experience, there isn't a foot powder available that compares to this stuff:

I don't really like the feel of it and the powder extends sock life. V is good for the nips though.
I'd never been a believer in inserts until I found SOLE brand--my feet have never felt better after long range movement. Not to blow my wad over this shit, but anyone who even thinks they may have PF issues should try them out.
