Lots of protein, high in fiber, low sugar.

And tasty in a good for you/healthy kind of way.

I found mine for just over 4$ a box, but here's a link that goes into detail.

It starts off very crunchy, but it started to get soft on my last couple bites so I'd say go with 2 small bowls over 1 big one.
