Well if you’re looking to buy repackaged material, then I guess this DVD series is for you. Usually I’m impressed with many of Steve’s products, but very disappointed with this.

Cons:
CST and Z-Health repackaged literally. Around 95% of the movements are from these two systems. I won’t even get into how many of them are incorrectly preformed.
Lighting sucks, shadow is created at times
Sound echoes at times
The need to wear nothing except “1970s” gym shorts
Overpriced for repackaged mobility, at least perform the mobility correctly if you’re going to repackage it.

Pros
While there are very few new movements, there is a couple interesting variations/selections. Certainly not worth the price of the DVD, but interesting nevertheless

$35 + $5 shp if anyone wants this DVD

LOL. Whatever. Joint mobility isn't some secret art. If you move your joints, that's J-Mo.
