IRONTAMER'S 101 & 102 Kettlebell Workout eBooks

Post by The Venerable Bogatir X »

I'm long overdue in the reviews department and especially so for ole' IRONTAMER. Dave did a great job with both of these, but I'd say especially so with the latter, "102 Workouts." Neither of these are for the kettlebell purist who wants to concentrate on the 'classic lifts', but if you enjoy variety in training and enjoy mixing training modalities, Dave did a great job in this regard. In both works, he groups the workouts according to what they'd be most useful for, so you won't find just a 'hodge podge' of routines lacking rhyme or reason. A pro trainer would be wise to cherrypick Dave's routines for his/her own biz, with or without kettleballs, that's for sure.

Good work, Dave!
