I have a book you need. "If your kid eats this book, everything will still be okay" by Lara Zibners. Note: I get no percentage of the sales of this book, although I did know Zibners "back when." This is not a book on how to raise a baby - this is how to know if your peanut needs a call to the pediatrician in the morning, a call to the pediatrician even at midnight, or a call to 911 (or nothing at all, which is a large number of cases). She is very funny to read, and while I assume most of us IGx'rs parenting styles run to "handing a four year old hemophiliac a box cutter" as opposed to "[panicking] every time your kid hits his head," there are many situations that life on the mat / in the weight room do not prepare us for. BUY THIS BOOK if you have little ones.
