According to the Taylor scale manufacturers @fit is correct in their eeeleeetness. On the scale box it defines "Elite athletes are defined as those who train consistently 6-10 hours per week, at 2 hours each occurance." Maybe they can define "fitness" too.

Better than bodybuilding for hypertrophy. Hell, this kid gained a whole 24 pounds in a year and his back squat is all the way up to almost 2 plates a side!!!!

I weighed about 128lbs and everyone just told me to eat and eat and eat. Well Now it is June, 10 or so months later, and I am finally up to the 150s. I now weigh around 153 or so lbs and started at 128! So 24 or so pounds in a year is good...

It's not the kid it's the fact that he could have made as much or more progress doing Body 4 Life or pretty much anything but the Kool Aid drinking zombies only think @fit works. If he has a decent trainer that can keep from fucking up his running @fit is good for him.
