No, just some giant ones. I had a Major once who got 46s and tailored them so he could get his thighs in.

A buddy of mine went through Infantry Officers Class with a Second Lieutenant that later served
as a Platoon Commander in Echo Company 2/8 in 1983/1984.
This Echo Company, 2/8, 2d Lt was about 6-0 and 200 to 210. Built a lot like Bluto in the old Popeye
cartoons. He always got his 20 pull-ups and 80 sit-ups in two minutes on the PFT and ran the three
miles in 18:20 or so. He got shit from his Company Commander about his appearance.

Fat Marine officers are rare. The large sized dress blues are probably sold to mostly retired Marines or Marines who got out decades ago. I recently picked up some Vietnam era ribbons for a former Captain so that he could attend his former CO's funeral this summer.
