As for BD's comment about free speech -- free speech goes both ways, both with people saying whatever it is they want to say and people's responses. And the topic is "why racism is contemptible" - I outlined my reasons. It makes you dislike, or do worse to, vast swaths of people without ever knowing them. What an awful way to go through life.

That said, I think both of you guys are smart trainers and have a lot to offer - I apologize if I've come off as a self-righteous prick with other stuff like training, I look at too many things here and in real life as arguments vs. discussions.
