Shaf,
I have one of the early Microsoft cordless mice and seem to have to replace the batteries every month or so.
So Yesterday I bought a Varta 15 minute battery charger. Works brilliantly, makes a whirring noise while charging and fresh batteries fast

Jack,

I have one of those but went back to my old mouse. Even though I used rechargables, it drove me mad when they ran out while I was in the middle of doing something.

Well for one he's always trying to hang himself, thus no wires no way to get the urge to hurt himself while he's surfing the net.
