I was surprised at how well this worked to clear up congestion and promote sleep. . Reminded me of the Nyquil of yesteryear.

Not a lot of hangover or grogginess

For reference my usual solution is two benadryl and 4 ibuprofen

The sleep promotion was what really surprised me
