Ah. This was tried in the US for a long time in Bo Lozoff's Prison Ashram project. (His book is called "We're All Doing Time). The results were good apparently, and recently he also branched out into a biodiesel project, to be manned by former inmates.
His local outreach house closed down due to allegations of sexual misconduct, which is too bad.
The flesh is weak, and the smell of pussy is strong like a muthafucka.

Put saltpeter, prosac and Litheum in their food and water.

Less assrape, fighting and bullshit from them this way.
