Good read. Half preparedness guide, half cookbook. Cool stuff about sprouts, and storing food (both how to and how long). A lot of the advice was very old school, which I liked in itself, and a lot of it is worth following even if you aren't worried about the black helicopters. Definitely worth a look.

I got this years ago at a used book sale. Good basic preparedness. I didn't know it was still available (well, I actually never checked since I already had it, duh.)
