I really like this. ~10 min joint mobility warmup, then ~20 mins of a KB circuit style workout. Goal is not to put the KB down. He uses standard KB exercises but also some I have not seen (Halos where you let the bell drop all the way down in front for instance). Really like the KB deck squat.
Anyway, yes, anyone here could put such a workout together, but it's nice to have in a follow-along format.
