The new Witchcraft album came out today.
I'm impressed.

The solo in Not Because of You deserves special attention. The dude playing bass really lets go.

That's pretty fucking awesome.

I just can't get into any metal with some dude growling and grunting into a mic. This is much more my speed.
I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

Man, this is great! Haven't heard of them before. Thanks!

I'm with Al, I'm not into the growling stuff.

I can now say that this is my least favorite album of theirs so far.

Really? That does not bode well for my iTunes funds.

I thought it was solid. Definitely more production than before and not as raw, but I've really enjoyed jamming it this week.
To me, the first half outshines the second half though.
I've got the self titled album which totally kicks ass, but I don't own The Alchemist or Firewood, I've only heard individual songs off of those.
I'm gonna check them out on Spotify now...

edit: those albums aren't on Spotify :superfuckingpissed:
