Shape, The real and true secret is to keep the juices flowing around the whole body with exercise. Just walking will work fine. But.....take care of your feet!!!!!!! Notice that the guy has a bunion and had to cut a hole in his shoe to accommodate. I see a lot of people having to get surgery on their feet to fix that and other things. I'm beginning to think that the soft soled athletic shoes that everybody is wearing all the time is the culprit. Corns, callouses, bunions, fucked up toenails,etc.etc.etc..Foot slops around too much. When I was a kid, there were no "athletic" shoes like that. Only leather soles or hard flat soled sneakers maybe.

Are you still a proponent of band training? Will they truly impart that spooky negro-like athleticism and 'splosiveness to those infected with milquetoast genetics? Will they reprogram your nervous system to fire the muscle fibers all the way through the end of the contraction and add both pounds and velocity to your main lifts (bicep curls, and leg press, breh)? Are they effective in combating penile erectile dysfunction that is so prevalent in the aged populations and non-black Democratic voters over the age of 18? Can they help with just performance, or are there special traction techniques that can aid in increasing both length and girth? I suspect there may be a market for that among cuckolded fitness posers in the Boca Raton area.
