Are snowmen offensive?

So there's the requisite annoying Christmas party in my (secular) office. Word on the skreet is that snowmen decorations can't be used because they're "offensive."

All questions aside of the appropriateness of religious holiday celebrations in secular offices and consumerist waste on tacky disposable decorations and resources spent on such decorations in an environment where wages are frozen and the screws of "do more with less" are being tightened: but seriously, is this a thing? Are snowmen "offensive"?
