Ridding the world of supervillians in wheelchairs...excuse me,one arm,one legged men in wheelchairs, who are also crazy...and cornered. and wielding a Pen.

A mentally-ill, wheelchair bound, one-armed, one-legged man was shot to death by a Houston, Texas police officer, Saturday night.

Houson, Texas police officer Matthew Jacob Marin responded to a call for a man in a wheelchair causing a disturbance at a group home.

Houston, Texas police department spokeswoman Jodi Silva said the man cornered the officer in his wheelchair and was threatening the officer while waving a metal object.

That object turned out to be a pen.

Silva said at the time, officer Marin did not know what the object was that the man was waving.

She told the Associated Press, “Fearing for his partner’s safety and his own safety, he discharged his weapon.”

Silva said the man came “within inches to a foot” of the officer and did not follow instructions to clam down amd remain still.

John Garcia, the group home’s owner said the man, whose name has not been released, had a history of mental illness and that he had been living at the house for about 18 months.

According to Garcia, the man had told him that he had lost a leg above the knee and all of one arm when he was hit by a train.

“He sometimes would go off a bit, but you just ignore it,” Garcia said.

According to Silva, Marin is a five year veteran of the department.

This is not the first time in Marin’s career as a Houston police officer that he has fatally shot someone.

In 2009, Houston police investigators said Marin shot a man who had stabbed his neighbor to death.

In an early episode of Da Ali G Show, the dimwitted host played by Sacha Baron Cohen interviews a DEA agent who says marijuana can cost up to $1,000 an ounce. Ali G tells him he got ripped off and offers to set him up with a less expensive supplier. The Philadelphia Daily News provides similar comic relief with a piece that blows the lid off the absurdly inflated "street values" that cops claim when they seize drugs. "In the hands of a narcotics cop with a calculator," the paper notes, "$2 million of heroin can become $9 million, $500,000 worth of meth can become $2.5 million, [and] coke worth less than $1 million can become several million." The main trick is to value wholesale quantities based on the price they might command when sold to users in tiny amounts:

Last week, for instance, Bensalem police confiscated 15 kilos of heroin and 20 pounds of meth—described as one of Bucks County's largest drug busts—from two California men driving a tractor-trailer on Street Road. Police originally estimated that the drugs were worth $10 million, then upped it to $11.7 million.

But the estimated wholesale value of those drugs—a ballpark figure of what they're actually bought and sold for at those quantities in this area—is about $1.6 million, according to prices used by the Drug Enforcement Administration and other law-enforcement agencies.

Illinois Cops Give Family Ten Minutes Between Delivery of Mysterious Marijuana Package and No-Knock Drug Raid

Lucy Steigerwald|Sep. 19, 2012 3:48 pm

According to the Lake County News-Sun, last Friday a family in the village of Beach Park, Illinois was given a ten minute window between the postal delivery of a mysterious, unsolicited package — said to contain marijuana — and a no-knock drug raid that involved the family tied up, with guns pointed at their faces, while their home was ransacked by police.

Paul Brown, the source of the story, claims that the police destroyed property, and, says the article, "even pull[ed] out insulation in the basement." Brown, who lived at the residence with his wife, daughter, son-in-law, the son in law's brother, and Brown's 77-year-old mother-in-law says he was working in the basement when a loud noise startled him and he walked upstairs to find cops breaking into his home, in spite of his open garage door. Cops pointed their guns in his face, cuffed Brown, made him sit in a chair and refused to answer questions as to what they were doing.

What police with the Lake County Metropolitan Enforcement Group were doing, besides emptying drawers and "smash[ing] things and crash[ing] things" was assuming that the family knew about the apparently illicit content of the package addressed to someone who didn't live in the house. Brown says he didn't see the name, or even get a good look at the package which, says his son-in-law had the name "Oscar" and some other last name. The address was correct. Brown's son-in-law had just signed for accepted the package and left it, unopened, beside the front door.

The cops apparently had a warrant for Brown's address, except that it was listed as Waukegan, which is one of the two townships that contains Beack Park. Waukegan is nearly five miles to the south of Beach Park, though, according to Google maps.

Says the Lake County News-Sun, Brown found the whole experience to be traumatic:

“It’s pretty shadowy and pretty bizarre for us,” he said of the two-hour ordeal that began around 4 p.m. Friday. “I was terrified. My chest was hurting and I am a diabetic and prone to heart attacks.”

Watching the officers fist bump and high-five each other as they tracked broken glass from the front door through the house also irritated him.

“I was basically held hostage,” he said.

His 77-year-old mother-in-law also lives with them and she was in the kitchen when the raid happened. Police gave her the search warrant to read instead of giving it to Brown.

“We live a very simple life,” he said, “We all work. No one does drugs here.” His son-in-law works in general construction and his brother works for a security firm.

“They were upset they didn’t find anything. When I asked them who was going to pay for the door they basically said, ‘Not us’,” said Brown, who noted the door on his luxury home was valued at $3,000 some 12 years ago and the lock set was another $130 from Home Depot.

Brown also says his mother's blood pressure has been high since the raid, and the whole family is having trouble relaxing. The family's call to the police department have gone unreturned, and they have gotten a lawyer who is is looking into filing a civil suit.

Calls from the Lake County News-Sun and from Reason have so far gone unreturned as well.

At first glance, this case is reminiscent of what happened to Berwyn Heights, Maryland Mayor Cheye Calvo who had a package of unsolicited marijuana delivered to his home in 2008. Calvo was encouraged by his grim experience, which included police killing his two pet dogs, to start advocating for more accountability and oversight with the use of SWAT teams. The Prince George's County Police raid on Calvo's home was ruled legitimate.

Awesome. Let's take a closer look at who your team potentially targeted and killed:

http://www.odmp.org/officer/21390-polic ... dley-m-fox

Police Officer Brad Fox was shot and killed while involved in a foot pursuit along the Schuylkill River Trail, near the intersection of Conshohocken Road and Ernest Station Road.

He and other officers had been were investigating an accident when a vehicle drove around traffic stopped at the scene, prompting the officers to pursue the vehicle. The vehicle, which was later determined to be stolen, struck another car before the driver fled on foot along the trail.

Officer Fox radioed for backup and began searching for the suspect with his canine, Nick. As they walked up a hill adjacent to railroad tracks the suspect emerged from an ambush position and opened fire, killing Officer Fox and wounding K9 Nick. The subject then fatally shot himself in the chest twice. Investigation determined that the subject was on felony probation at the time, and was also the prime suspect in the disappearance of his fiancee in 1999.

Officer Fox was a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran and had served with the Plymouth Township Police Department for seven years. He is survived by his expectant wife and young daughter. Officer Fox was killed the day before his 35th birthday.

My last 3 interactions with Cops...

Training Stick work in the park across from my home with a student a Stae Trooper on a Motorcycle comes up and gives me a ration of shit. Saying shit like "You know this is a family park and you guys out here doing this makes parents nervous."

Me- " Well number one everyone around here knows me so if they had an issue THEY would say something. BTW that's my child right there and he trains as well. I am pretty well versed on the laws pertaining to weapons and what not and there is no law saying I can not train in a park by my house. Lot's of shit people do makes me nervous but if they are not breaking the law or threatening me or mine I just have to deal with it"

The Trooper kept trying to make his point but eventually he had to go.

15 minutes later a local cop came buy and asked us what we were doing, ran our names and then said "Well I guess you can go back to what you are doing."

A week ago my son stupidly left his new Nentindo DSXL on the picinic table while talking to some girls as a group of kids walked up to the table area and then left and his DS was gone.

At first the girls told me where the kids, all El Salvidorian kids lived. So I went down there with my kid and knocked on the door. The door was answerd by a 8 year old kid and a 14 year old girl who spoke no English. The boy said his brother were nopt home (LIE) and that his Mom did not get home untill midnight.

Fuck it, time to make Johnny Law work for me.
So who comes but the local cop from above. He went down , found the kids and sweated the little bastards untill they gave my Son's shit up.

So 1 against Officer Friendly of the Stae4 varitey for trying to use his badge to bully me but 1 for Officer Friendly of the local type for doing his job and being pretty fucking cool to boot. He and I talked for about 20 minutes afterwards.

BTW My boy is now in Jujutsu class with us and one of our student's 12 year old step son's as this situation has really brought home to my son that some people are scum fucks you very well might have to fuck up or be fucked up by.

Been busy folks. Hang in there. Next week we will cover dealing with the sycophants and collaborators of the police state. As a head start, we will be discussing the Irish uprising as a template for dealing with the bureaucrats of the police state.

[-X [-X Remember Mr. Officer and Mr. Fed, I would never advocate these plans of insurection. I provide these little scenarios for pure entertainment & information purposes only. Might as well consider them works of fiction and or political satire. [-X [-X

This shit is every where.

At the PD you could leave cash or drugs out(well except for weed) and no one would touch it. But leave a set of cuffs or a flashlight laying around and it would be gone for good.
