Are you sure that one doing the off road tri is female?
I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

No. I was on the fence about it. That's the problem with @F. While I would not deliver teh penis to it, I can't say it's a man. The shaved legs and faggoty mophead and glasses suggest a hatchet wound. But the thick waist and wide shoulders suggest male.Renholder wrote:I was thinking the same thing.Alfred_E._Neuman wrote:Are you sure that one doing the off road tri is female?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hey everyone,
I started Crossfit and Paleo in July 09. I went about 4 times a week and was strict Paleo for a month and now I'm about 85-90%. I bike 5 miles to work and school 6 times a week and I try and fit in a 10K run once a week.
My goal when starting was to lean out (especially abs - problem area) and maybe drop a dress size. I'm 5'3 and I wore 27 inch jeans and an average size 6. I wasn't big to begin with, but I have this stubborn stomach fat that I wanted to lose so badly! Also, getting fitter was an added bonus.
I have gotten stronger and gained lean muscle mass. However, buying clothes has been the most frustrating process. My shoulder and chest area have become bigger and so has my thigh and bum. Try finding a winter coat! Nothing fits.
My question: As much as I love getting stronger, I want to wear my old clothes (it gets expensive buying new ones). I don't want to quit Crossfit, but I'm gaining more muscle than I would like (I know, shoot me, I sound superficial). What should I do? Should I reduce my Crossfit to two times per week and increase cardio?
I can provide more information! I just need some guidance!
What's wrong with getting a bit bigger? Look at these 2 guys hugging at the gaymes. They aren't too big. I think most men are like me and they are tired of lean fit girls with proportioned bodies.
I found this and it is too funny not to share!

couch doesn't talk about fitness at certs, he has speaking engagements.
he's looking off the the side because Tony Budding has just opened a Coors Light and he heard the tab.
I also heard that he has a bad leg from having polio in his childhood, not a ring accident.

More likely that he hurt it while blind drunk and doesn't remember what happened.Shafman wrote:couch doesn't talk about fitness at certs, he has speaking engagements.

Take it easy there. Everyone knows you can't get or stay drunk on Coors Light. CL is simply hydration to prepare GG for his rectally delivered pitcher of gimlets.Gin Master wrote:It's like an SAT analogy.Shafman wrote:he's looking off the the side because Tony Budding has just opened a Coors Light and he heard the tab.

it's a scientific fact. I drank nearly a half rack of Coors Light last weekend with two 10mg morphine tabs and a valium, that beer brought nothing to the party i tell you what.

how old is he? unless i'm mistaken, he'd be one of the last americans to have gotten the disease. a few guys in their 60s may have gotten it back in the day, but i doubt many younger than that.Shafman wrote:

Re: The couch thread
This is why @f is so stupid. Take an exercise you never do, load the hell out of it, and make idiots do a shit ton of reps.Saturday 091003
For time:
Run 800 meters
15 left-legged pistols
15 right-legged pistols
25 sit-ups
12 left-legged pistols
12 right-legged pistols
25 sit-ups
9 right-legged pistols
9 left legged pistols
25 sit-ups
Run 800 meters
"Pistol" is one-legged squat with Kettlebell or dumbbell. Use 1 1/2 pood Kettlebell or 55 pound dumbbell for pistols. Post time to comments.
Great program.

Nothing will ever top the "reverse burpee day of 2008." That brilliant piece of training left a wake of sore, injured, and mangled bodies for weeks.

Re: The couch thread
Could you imagine the damage one could do if one was able to hack the main page and post a fake workout of the day? The minions question nothing and blindly do what they are told regardless.
I am trying to think of a killer fake workout that I would post, but everything I try to come up with is already a workout of the day.
I guess you could not do any damage that has not already been done.
Maybe crossfit is a brillaint, mulit year study funded and spearheaded by the government, or a top university. Something like the old "turn the the dial and shock him please mr. jones" experiments.

That's also about the last time they called for pistols in a workout. Surely @f'ers can do 30+ weighted pistols per leg having never done them before, what with all then functional training they do.tough old man wrote:How do you campare results from 7 years ago? I'm looking forward to the comments on this one.

Just wondering what the latest was on the RRG, I'm sure Dale and his folks are working hard on this. Any updates or timelines on when we can see policies or paperwork for those of us that invested initially?

Several Seminarians work out consistently here at CrossFit Divine Mercy Fitness. It is my aim to get one hundred Priests and Seminarians fit. Yes, this is a big goal.
John Nepil has told me more than a few times how being really fit helps him in his prayer life. To help a Seminarian in his prayer life is HUGE. We all know how being fit improves the mind and overall health. We should also know that our Priests and Seminarians are under a lot of stress and time pressures, which have negative influences on overall health. We need these guys healthy. Our salvation depends on it. This is really important to each of us.
I need your help in getting these guys fit. Please consider making a contribution to the Companions of Christ fitness fund. You can do this buy following the link below. Remember to mention "CrossFit" with your donation and that money will be earmarked for their fitness.
