CATZ is different in that they actually work with athletes; young and more advanced. They ran a conditioning program for my son's soccer club. Highly organized with much "sport specific" drilling.

@fit would've had a bunch of 10 y-o soccer players swinging handleballs over their heads and squatting pvc to make them "elite" soccer players.

Of course it is different but my point was that it looks somewhat like that place pictured. I have either worked for or been offered jobs by all the major sports performance gyms at one time or another (Velocity, Athletic Republic, CATZ, API).

And the adult training that was going on at CATZ in AZ was certainly not much different than would be offered at that gym. I would've had to really re-tool their approach if that job ended up working out.
