That shit was so fucking harsh that you have to admire Couch for it. Holy Bitchslap!
You are the first CF trainer to embarrass CrossFit
I want to know if Couch is embarrassed by Bony Pudding's longing video montages of his ex-girlfriend's workouts, focusing on her heaving chest and glistening flanks.

His pain, our gain.
You will be the first IGxer to emberass IGx if you don't clue me in on where to get those videos.

I simply can't imagine typing that for a public forum. I can barely imagine telling someone what he wrote about Josh. To say it is inappropriate is an understatement...

Couch took a look at those leadership courses where they tell you to praise in public and criticize in private. But the guy teaching the course was an incredibly weak performer, so he did the opposite.
But yeah, putting that on a public message board, your own public message board, for the business you own, directed at a customer who advertises your product, is really dumb in a host of ways.
He seems to have backed off this approach recently.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.
It's interesting when you read through the thread here and link over to the crossfit message board and find the number of people...quality people, too...who are either banned or had their memberships "ended" over there. I get emails from people all the time about a discussion that flared up at crossfit, recently on the Big 21 Program, and I can't respond because my account quietly got killed.
For the record, I never said a single inappropriate thing at crossfit's message board and even when I write articles about it, I rarely criticize it.
My brother, Gary, noted that there are very few people still "around" from when it first emerged. One reads in posts "the whole Dan John thing" but few last beyond a year or so. Every so often somebody leads the attack against Mark Twight and I simply have to laugh as Mark and Lisa are training people now who are really quite famous (big time, real famous, famous famous) and here is why they are so successful:
They don't talk about it. Mark doesn't run the flag up every time he helps/trains someone.
Interesting sidenote: last time I was with Mark and huge magazine writer was there and only took notes because Mark doesn't want/need/crave the press. Moreover, Mark told me that he hates how the magazines dilute the message.

..
Not suprising. Mr. Twight has spent more time with the outside mag/rock and ice paparazzi than all the media contacts of all the other minor league fitness celebs combined (and probably squared)
suprised he even lets them in the door.

Just some random thoughts...
Mark has maintained a level of anger that's hard to maintain. I'm not sure if that's a great thing. Every once in a while he would say something in an email that made me think, "life's too short to walk around that pissed." Of course, that's exactly where his intensity comes from, life's too short to comprimise. I am sure, that despite some kinship in thinking and very interesting correspondence, he doesn't give a fuck about what I think about it.

Well, I can say one thing about this thread and this forum:
Someone from an important strength/fitness supplier read much of this discussion and emailed me. As we talk through a few emails and read my work, he decided to donate a large quantity of top end "stuff" for my work.
It turns out that this person was called out at a high level gathering by a certain person who also insulted Josh Hillis and enjoys watching the slow implosion.

We do good work here.

No, just an opinion based on observation. I'd expalin further but you're hardly worth the effort. Now run along and go talk about stuff that's gay or how much you hate Jews.

Eh? I like Jews. I mean not in a romantic way or nothing. And not in a "Wanna hit the sauna?" kinda way. But I do like 'em. And I own just about everything Bobby Dylan has ever recorded, too, just in case you need some kinda proof or something.

Kicks and knees are terrible, and we won't disuss the double backfist, but the straight punching is not "like a girl".
Part of his genius is the eye candy he uses to pimp his prodcut. To each his own but I prefer a woman built more like a woman and less like 16 year old boy but that's just me. Not that I'm trying to say anything here. I'm just saying that's all.
I don't much about kicking, knees, pulling hair and scratching like you MA boys but yeah she punches all right for a girl.

Dylan flipped a long time ago. He's down with Jesus.

I've noticed this as well. Formerly blacklisted fitness celebrities keep popping up in cert photos with cooch's hand on their shoulders and a look on their face as if sitting down is a painful process.

Hate to agree with Rant but...Nope. this chick has burned her tits off, thsio was previously pointed out by GDG, I believe, as a venial, if not mortal sin. As a Hebrew you may not be aware of this, which is fine and everything, to each his own.
The straight punch combos are indeed nice.

I can think of at least 8 ways she can earn a plenary indulgence.
