Witnessed an @fitter doing what they ridicule the meatheads for doing.

1/4 overhead squats and 1/4 weighted ring dips

The bag of bones had a dynamax ball under her but never got within a foot of it while doing her shitty overhead squats with 95# and then proceeded to do ring dips with a 10# dumbbell between her ankles and barely bent her elbows in the process.

So much for funkshunal trainings.

I think the community aspect of @F is the insidious, ingenious piece that makes it so popular. So, even if you hate HQ, supporting any other aspect of it is supporting it all.
