I'm in AA. You have no idea how many people substitute exercise addiction for substance abuse. Most of the time, they wind up better off. Most of the time.

I'm in AA. You have no idea how many people substitute exercise addiction for substance abuse. Most of the time, they wind up better off. Most of the time.

That has never, ever worked for me. Nothing could fill the gaping hole that would be left in me if I gave up booze. No matter what I stick in there to fill it up, nothing fits like a nice bottle of Bushmills.
