I have been nursing what I think might be an umbilical hernia

I have had a slight umbilical hernia for about a year now and hate the idea of taking time off to have it fixed.

The wod was 7x1 Squat clean and on the 5th set i got an umbilical hernia.

I just had umbilical hernia surgery this past friday.

Why did you say "Patrick Fitzgerald?" I actually knew a Patrick Fitzgerald back in high school. He was a douche, but a funny douche. I didn't get along with him too well during Freshman year, but by Senior year we were cool with each other. It might have had something to do with me quitting video games, starting to lift, becoming far less socially inept, and putting 50lbs on my twiggy frame.
