On one hand I'm glad to see some of the gimps on the videos actually working out since with out the Cultfit marketing and sense of belonging to something "Elite" they wouldn't be working out. But I'm terrified to think of the number of injuries that people like this go through trying to keep up with what their handlers think are great workouts.

But I still hate them because you know 99% of those douche nozzles think they are better than us poor unenlightened meatheads who know the difference between Cultfit "Elite" and real elite athletes.

Bleeding after front squats

I did a workout this morning - handstands across the room and front squats with 35 kgs (about 77lbs). It felt good, but strained in my stomach. I am 8 weeks. Afterwards in the shower, I noticed that I have been bleeding. It has stopped now, and there were a few small clots. I am going to have an ultrasound this afternoon. Could this be brought on by the squats? Worried...

Couch is a fat piece of shit. He hasn't sued anybody. That's right, despite all the posturing and clamoring about protecting his IP, going after people, and all his other rhetoric, @F has sued exactly ZERO people or entities (as of a few months ago anyway).
