She's a local @fit coach and runs a gym around here. She is not Tank Abbott's daughter.

10 things I want to address:
1 - I am NOT the 1st female in NASCAR. There have been several others to be "over the wall" through the years.
2 - As it stands to be proven - I AM the 1st female to be hired on for full time & a full season with a Cup Team. (THANK YOU MWR!)
3 - I'm working to change tires because I love it.
4 - I am not Tank Abbott's daughter, my Pops name is Ed.
5 - Yes, I can lift a heck a lotta weight. My numbers continue to rise.
6 - I was not in the military but I was a contractor to support the military. Four years in Iraq. PLEASE SUPPORT THE TROOPS!
7 - Thank you to my Momma & Pops for all their spice!
8 - I love CF & my own affiliate, CF Invoke (http://www.crossfitinvoke.com) & the CF spirit!
9 - I was lost for a long time and finally made a decision that I wanted something better for myself. So the journey begun and now people are reading my evolving story. It's pretty amazing to have that opportunity. Thank you!
