Shoulder blade walk. Stand with your back to the wall and you walk up and down using shoulder movement to move your body up and down.

Back roll around is kind of like that neck roll video Sonnon's posted online.
Basically you start on your back and bring your body up and to the side stretching out your spine and neck, and then switch sides, and flip over and do it again.

Hard to describe.

back rollaround - do you fold your knees and bring them into your body - doesnt this have a massaging effect on the spine?

I think it is like Sonnon's, "the only neck exercise you will ever need" bit.

I have my exercise count up to 30 with some of the Steve Maxwell stuff.
Nice recovery work with JS bands and a foam roller for the muscle fascia.
