Yeah, I never really understand why people feel the need to write letters of resignation on internet fitness forums.

I used to only visit the MMA.TV S&C forum but it's turned into a @ssfit suckfest and their is really no good material there anymore so rather than make some big bullshit "I'm Leaving You Guys Suck in the Bad Way" post I just quit posting.

I still drop in and check for any good material much like I do T-Nation but I don't post unless it's something I think I can offer some advice on without having to get into a pissing contest with 125 pound @ssfitter who is giving deadlift advice.

Of course I used to check the @ssfit main page and forums for good info but it got to the point I got nauseous every time I viewed the page I quit. Plus I can get the hot chicks pics here with out the need for Pepto.
