Meets on Saturdays... practice Tuesday through Friday... long run on Sunday
Tuesday is usually hills and speedwork, Wednesday 5-8 mi easy, Thursday tempo run, Friday easy; however, this can vary but usually Tuesday and Thursday are tough, Saturday obviously pretty taxing, and the other days easy (although Sunday is a long run it is meant to be a recovery day/easier paced run), Mondays off.
This sounds similar to my old high school CC schedule (which led to overuse injury fyi). Running 20+ miles a week is outdated and frankly irresponsible. But anyway, back to your dilemma.
Where the fuck do people get this stupid information? Show me one successful runner that has got by on less than 20 miles per week, and then show me one successful runner that gives two shits about their squat, press or deadlift either.
Seb Coe
I have heard he had done some pretty low, intense mileage, but he also didn't count a lot of the easy warmups and cooldowns that would have upped his supposed mileage.

Besides, he was a short distance runner in track. That is a lot different than training for a 5/10k or half-marathon/marathon.
A summary of Coe's training when he was 18 yrs old shoes he averaged 29.9 miles per week. (That avg. includes two weeks of zero miles because of injury.) Aerobic to anaerobic work was roughly 65%/35%.

This is from "Better Training for Distance Runners." Coe's father is a co-author..

According to the book, Coe did some race-pace workouts throughout the season, even early in the training cycle.

I remember Britney Spears producer saying he did it to her wheelbarrow style, and that she was a sloppy fuck.

go to google and search for the following:

site:board.crossfit.com "Dan John"
Got it, y'all. What I'm saying is that there is no "member" or "user" that the search engine on the @F board recognizes as "Dan John", so his name has been banned or marked in some way...that's also why his name shows up in a different font than everyone else's. Call it @F board limbo, doesn't really matter.

It's definitely been said that @FHQ would rather not ban people, that it raises too much of a stink in the community, and the fence-riders would smell the cultishness and run the other way right quick. This is likely why I wasn't banned, even when couch gave me my final tirade and said I should have been banned a long time ago. Whatever.

I got teh Googles skillz, no worries.

Long story short, George was accidentally given access to the Moderator, Affiliate, and secret Pukie sections on the CF boards when one of the Moderators suspended his account and didn't set the suspended usergroup viewing permissions correctly. He took some screenshots and posted them in a few corners of the web. A few months later, the CF Moderators finally found out, and he was banned.

Additional info:

These are the screenshots:
http://www.mediafire.com/?3nyk3zbjwau

Here's a thread discussing why he was banned:
http://board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?p=537854

Here are the two threads that lead to his initial suspension, just for the hell of it:
http://board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=39600
http://www.board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=39858

Fill in the blanks. Haha, that wasn't filtered before.

George also posted here under the username of "wtf" for a little while, so if you search for him, then read this thread around the time he was posting (he joined just after being banned), you can get more info.

I return from a little trip to find this bullshit. I should've taken the existence of the POD/BOTO(/Fish) thread had been started as an indicator of epiK manrammery on the adult threads. This is just...damn.

I wish I owned my own mint. @f has their printing presses running 24/7 cranking out fresh cash.

Every monday there's a list of at least 3 level 1 or 2 certs on the main site. Each with 30 or so $1000 bills in attendence. And they don't even post the specialty certs.

I believe that with @Fitts huge growth, no one is looking at the number of affiliates per month is dropping and no onme talks about those not re-upping. Look at what Orange County fire is doing

Huh? I remember certs being help out there at that station and look at this article
http://www.crossfitmansfield.com/my_web ... -cros.html

With Dutch's seminars and Hackleman's cert. Wolfes nutrition and Everetts trainings it seems like lots of fingers in the pie or taking what they need and get the fuck out

Once again, for the record - I'm not gay, just Catholic. I'd readily admit that Kelly Brooks is a physically attractive woman (as should any guy with his head on straight), but that does not mean that I'd ram her without hesitation, as you all say you would. There's a lot more to love than just physical attraction and I don't think that sex should be separated from love, though society tends to treat it that way.

Also, in fairness, I should also note that Gin Master's and Fish's photos should not be taken as realistic standards of what a woman should look like, as there's definitely the heavy use of lighting, make-up, and probably digital touch-ups in those photos. Extremely attractive? Yes. Realistic? No. It's not very surprising that women often see men as shallow when they immediately judge someone by looks alone, and do that judging against such perfectionistic standards.

That's all the lecturing you'll hear from me on that topic, and probably more than you wanted to hear anyway.

What do you base that conclusion on?
