I need your help in developing a new cert. It will be called Post CrossFit (or PCF). We will spend 3 days mentally and physically unfucking those who have been brainwashed by teh Couch. Should be a great moneymaker in the coming months.

It makes perfect sense. The weightlifters think they're weak. The endurance athletes think they're slow and whither quickly, and the sport athletes gain nothing from them. They're outstanding in no measurable performance quality which leaves them with nothing meaningful to hang their hats on. So all they're left with is something that EVERYONE is capable of doing, yet the smart people avoid; hurting oneself. When I think on the situation it makes me feel somewhat sorry for xfitters, but then I read the comments they post, and the hate grows inside me.

I know that Andro Friday has fallen out of favor, so let's change it up a little with some offerings from the Cougar Hunt

sooth. you see this in all forms of hackthletes...big ego? no skill?, no speed? and no work ethic? pain is the only gateway to HRDKOR.

raced bikes and motos against guys like this, always proud of how many times they crashed and still finished. ...

On titsnyc:
maybe you should post some photographs of yourself is tight fitting clothing, or like, a bathing suit, so that we could properly assess those proportions It would be PURELY in the name of science. Anthropometric research, of course. No other motive here

You guys should start MILF Mondays to balance out Andro Friday. Of course, finding a hot chick that does CrossFit is tougher than finding a shaved cooch in an Afghani whorehouse, so I don't expect the contributions to be many.

I know this has probably already been covered, but since the Gaymes were a tested competition, and there's still been no word on any DQ's can we safely assume that everyone was clean as a whistle?

I can honestly say that I've never seen anyone deadlift with a double-underhand grip before.

I understand the double underhand is a great way to fuck up your biceps...the 2x BW deadlift goal is secondary to a badass injury...this is @fit after all.

@Fers not welcome in Australia.

http://www.inthemix.com.au/news/aust/44 ... dress_code
Ed Hardy. Skinny jeans. V-neck shirts. Pointed white shoes. Polo shirts with the collars up. To all of this so-called ‘metrosexual’ attire, Melbourne club promoter Scott Mellor says “NO”. He says it’s a move to end the “sports jock mentality” he reckons is on the rise in the city’s clubs, as well as growing nightlife aggression. So anyone turns up to his regular Friday night Dorcia party with even a single Ed Hardy-style skull or dragon emblazoned on their clothing will be turned away at the door. You have been warned!

...

Other items of attire on Scott Mellor’s shitlist include tight T-shirts, shirts with numbers on them, as well as men sporting either blond tips or dyed rats tails (a criminal offence to begin with).

Grocery stores need to implement these rules and enforce them stringently. At the very least these shit-heads will have to disguise themselves as 'not a douche' to continue such fagotry.

These fucknuckles are all so hung up on equating getting hurt with being hardcore, it's time to quit dicking around and show some real commitment:
Quote from Art during class Saturday:

"What good is a fitness system that gets you hurt every few weeks."

High on the unintentional comedy scale.
"The reason that 'guru' is such a popular word is because 'charlatan' is so hard to spell."
@GSElevator: Can we please stop calling them hipsters and go back to calling them pussies?
Blood eagles solve everything.

I don't remember what he did before but I know this guy was discussed in this thread before for stupidity/faggotry: Derek Cederbaum is back on the scene.
Help Me! Need replacement exercises ASAP

So I have gone a bit too intense for myself to handle the past few weeks, and as a result i have an IT strain in both knees and gymnast tendonitis in both wrists. What exercises can I do for the next few weeks?

The only exercises I can think of are hanging knee raises on ab straps, situps, back extensions, and maybe swimming.

Is swimming good for you while you have tendonitis?

Please any help would be great! Not doing Xfit is killing me, and it has only been 3 days. I can't go on anymore!! But I know rest is a Must, being that not resting is what got me here.
Responder:
You can't be serious! I'd go with Fran or Elizabeth. Diane sounds good too, maybe a few of the Heroes.
Cederbaum:
Carlos, Carlos, Carlos...I would be happy to do the 3 bars of death if I could. It is a dream at this point what would usually be dreaded.

And a possible RHABDO case:
Muscle weakness 2 weeks out

After being on and off (mostly off) of crossfit due to sickness and life, I did the Halloween workout 2 sundays ago (November 1st)

25 Squats
25 Push-ups
25 Pull-ups
25 Sit-ups
50 Squats
50 Push-ups
50 Pull-ups
50 Sit-ups
75 Squats
75 Push-ups
75 Pull-ups
75 Sit-ups

I quit on the pullups on about 30 reps into the 75 due to hands tearing, bit finished the rest of the workout. I was obviously tired, but nothing felt too abnormal at the time. The next morning I woke up, my arms and back were super stiff and very sore. I was unable to fully straighten my arms due to stiffness for a solid 3-4 days after. At first I was concerned that it might be rhabdo, but the pain wasn't really that bad and my urine was normal so I figured it must just be a really bad case of DOMS. My arms and back were stiff for a solid 7-9 days, so I have refrained from doing pull ups for the last 2 weeks to give everything a chance to rest.

I did the filthy 50 tonight, and my pullups were incredibly weak still. It feels very much like my arms and back are still fatigued, so I'm getting a little concerned that it has been almost two full weeks now and I'm not even close to back to full strength. For comparison, I can do 12-15 dead-hang chest-to-bar pullups normally, but I was struggling to even do 2 or 3 tonight, and even jumping pullups were challenging.

Has anyone had any soreness/weakness last this long? I'm starting to get a little concerned that my strength has not returned yet.

Not doing @fit is killing him, yet doing @fit is also killing him. Therein lies the @fitter's dilemma.
