Women on iron cross progressions, in their third class no less...hmmm. I searched YouTube for any evidence of one being done by a female, couldn't find it. I doubt an @F female will be the first. The brilliance of their programming is overwhelming, I must say.

Torn shoulder labrums--the new @F fad injury post-torn-hands?

Hoping chronic injuries will go away, "for time" = the modal domain that @Fers excel at the most???Dipshit 2 wrote:FWIW, I would definitely get it checked out by an ortho. I kept "working through" the type of pain that you're describing for over a year. Kipping pullups bothered my shoulder a lot. I would take some time off and it would always come back eventually. Tried ice, ibuprofen, massage, cortizone shots, and some exercises for the rotator cuff. The pain kept coming back. Just had surgery 10 days ago. I ended up having a tear in my labrum, had a bone spur, and also the end of my clavicle was rubbing bone on bone with the acromium. I think I should have addressed the pain from the beginning instead of working through it for so long, and hoping that it would go away someday. Go get it checked out man.

Re: The couch thread
Insider info. Factionalization within the @F community underway.
The Black Box Summit (put on outside of @FHQ administration) is one day through.
The little birdies are saying in their post-day-one Black Box seminar coup d'état chat:
@FHQ in all their insecurity sent Shave Asstro and Bony Pudding as tattle-tales and Kool-Aid reps.
couch, at a @F101 seminar, told the crowd that Robb Wolf conveniently timed his/Welbourn's Paleo brands launch with Barry Sears coming on board with @F.
"Those Catalyst guys" just got fat to get stronger.
Several weeks after the BB Summit was announced, the "@F think tank" (hah! what an oxymoron that is!) was announced. A bunch of affiliates who have been in business less than a year (read: still in the "honeymoon phase", not irretrievably irritated by @F workings and cult-speak) getting together to talk shop. Free event and secretly subsidized by @FHQ. Probably looked more like a circle-jerk than anything.
From the looks of this video (watch if you dare), coincidentally posted on the first day of the BB Summit, it would seem that "open gym" (read: not having jackass know-nothing Level 1 metcon junkies telling one how to use the cool-and-fun equipment, like BBs and bumpers, for real strength training) is becoming a real issue to consider for the $150+ per month affiliates to retain and gain new members.

Holy fucking shit...I got to the part in that video where the faggot with a mullet that sounds like a tranny starts blowing Couch...what the fuck...what a bunch of assholes.
On a separate note...the new issue of FireRescue magazine has an article about @fit. Just when a bunch of guys spending 24 hours away from their wives in a bunk room couldn't get any gheyer.

Re: The couch thread
Who is the bull-dyke sitting and declaring things behind Cooch? She has the same style of bullshit and blather that Cooch normally has. Cooch is all submissive, thankful and penitent, because he knows enough of those affiliate people are keyed in to the real deal. Just wondering if the bull-dyke is some kind of spokesperson Cooch has collected, like an angry-ginger, scissoring bull-dyke moon that orbits his gin-filled belly. He gives all the thanks and accolades, while she works the spin. Why choose a shriveled up little bull-dyke as your right-hand-man? Because she's ugly and scary, and because she trains @F, so Cooch probably has a chance of beating that bitch's ass if need be. That's how it played out in that part of this video, anyhow.
Re: The couch thread
What struck me from the video is the production quality, not just this, but also main site workouts, soundbites and I presume the stupid ass movie about the gaymes. I suspect cooch is paying the "clowns" with all the camera's a pretty penny and/or the editor. I say this not to give props to them, but it just solidifies the statements made here and elsewhere about the use of social media to fucking brainwash these assholes. Holy fuck. I wonder how much of the spontaneous interview was really just a crew of homies hannin' wit teh cooch after the talk, or a group of carefully selected acolytes who spent the better part of the night after the meeting to create that. The handheld camera and the seeminly improper closeups and poor framing is just too "deliberate".

Re: The couch thread
Couch's mastery of jargon and blather is a beauty to behold. His final sentence, "This is one of the best things I've seen out of MY community" followed by a sincere "Thank you coach" from the minions brought a tear to my eye.
I
to you couch.

In a more sober state I was able to watch this shit heap of a video in it's entirety...what a fucking crock.
I agree, this is a manufactured attempt at spontaneity.
Cooch blathers on and on about nothing...what a load.
That cunt and the mullet head faggot are scary as fuck to look at and hear.
I noticed that Couch has this move where he strings together 3 or 4 fancy sounding words that are essentially synonyms of one another. It's a move average people use to sound better than average....asshole.

They kept referencing that what they were doing "worked" for them. What exactly is meant by that is still unknown. It sure as fuck doesn't mean they are producing athletes that are good at anything.

Quick update: Dave Castro can't control himself from publicly going apeshit on the heretics at the Black Box Summit. Stay tuned for the fallout.
